Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on The Bridal Fix are final once your order has been confirmed and payment processed. Due to the personal and time-sensitive nature of bridal emergency kits, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after an order has been confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only considered within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order, and only if kit assembly has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +234 816 518 7002 with your order reference number.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once assembly has started. If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your kit arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect items
  • A description of the issue

We will review your report and, where valid, arrange a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Personal care and hygiene items (opened or unopened)
  • Consumable items included in the kit
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Orders where the wedding date has already passed
  • Digital products including the Wedding Day Checklist

Late or Missing Deliveries

We ship all kits with a minimum of 5 days before your confirmed wedding date. If your kit has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp so we can investigate and resolve the issue with our delivery partner.

The Bridal Fix is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
