The Bridal Fix provides curated bridal emergency kits and related products for delivery across Nigeria. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable fees
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack
• An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• A minimum lead time of 5 days before your wedding date is required for all orders

We deliver nationwide across all 36 Nigerian states and the FCT. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including public holidays, weather, and logistics partner capacity.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. The Bridal Fix is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, returns, and refunds. All sales are final once an order is confirmed and assembly has begun.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of The Bridal Fix and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

The Bridal Fix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment on your wedding day due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

When using our website or contacting us, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
